My favorite store-bought raspberry jam isBonne Maman. Very nice dessert. Transfer to a rack to cool. Pre-heat oven to 160C / 320F. Preheat oven to 180C/356F. Roll the dough into a ball, wrap in cling film and chill for at least 1 hour (or up to 2 days). Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the lemon juice and butter. Bake until the filling is puffed and golden brown, 35 to 40 minutes.
